The Private Circle for C-Suite Executives' Assistants
Exclusive · Empowered · Elevated
Built in Boston · Connected Worldwide
"The people who run the world don't do it alone.
Behind every great leader is someone who makes it possible."
— The EA Society Founding Principle
EA Society is the first invitation-only membership community designed exclusively for Executive Assistants and Chiefs of Staff to Boston's most influential leaders.
Modeled after the peer-driven principles of elite executive networks, we bring together the most trusted, capable, and influential EAs in the city — not to be sold to, but to connect, grow, and be celebrated.
Twelve curated evenings per year. Private rooms. Extraordinary venues. Conversations that matter.
Dinners limited to 12–14 members — intimate enough for real conversation, curated enough to matter. Everyone in the room operates at the highest level.
Private dining rooms at venues most Bostonians never see. Quin House, Contessa, Giulia, Boston Harbor Hotel — the rooms behind the rooms.
Beyond dinner — yacht brunches, private tastings, cultural evenings. Each experience is designed to be memorable, not transactional.
Membership is by nomination from an existing member or selection by the chapter board. Exclusivity isn't a feature — it's the foundation.
Two worlds. Same philosophy. Peer networks change careers.
Every gathering is designed from the ground up — venue, guest list, format, atmosphere. Nothing is accidental.
Boston's most exclusive private club. An evening here signals something. Only accessible to members — and their most valued guests.
Panoramic views of the Back Bay. Private dining room perched above the city. The kind of setting that makes conversations linger.
Intimate private events on the waterfront. Home to our inaugural High Tea Series — where connections are made before they're needed.
A neighborhood institution that doesn't feel like one. Private room suppers with a sense of intimacy rarely found in the city.
Our annual summer gathering. Private yacht. Harbor views. A morning that becomes an afternoon that becomes a memory.
The flagship event of the EA Society calendar. A sit-down dinner for the full chapter. Guest speakers. Recognition. The evening of the year.
EA Society does not have open enrollment. Membership is by nomination from an existing member or direct invitation from the Boston Chapter board.

Your professional life is rooted in Greater Boston. You are part of the fabric of this city's business community.
All membership begins with a nomination or direct invitation. You are known to us, or known by someone we trust.
If you believe you — or a colleague — belong in EA Society Boston Chapter, we'd like to hear from you. All requests are reviewed personally by the chapter board.
The Boston Chapter launched in 2023 — the first and founding chapter of EA Society. Born from a simple belief: the people who run this city's most important offices deserve a community of their own.
We meet in the rooms most people never see. We speak candidly. We help each other navigate the demands of roles that are rarely fully understood — until you're in one.
